We offer spiral wound gaskets, which are manufactured by spirally winding a pre-formed metal strip and filler on the outer periphery of metal winding mandrels. 
Spiral Gaskets are made using the best-in-class raw material and latest technology pertaining to the industry. Both the inner and outer diameters are strengthening with the help of several plies of metal with no fillers being introduced. This provides higher stability and better compression and sealing abilities.

We are engaged in offering double jacketed gaskets(i.e double jacked gaskets), which is one of our premium products. The filler material is completely enclosed by two-piece metal jacket, which covers both inside and outside diameters of the jacket and the contact surfaces on both sides. Designed for high temperatures such as 1650 degree Fahrenheit, that is encountered in boilers, heat exchangers and similar applications. Available in all standard pipe sizes.

Solid metal gaskets are used in applications where temperatures and pressures rule out the use of traditional gasket materials. In general, gasket compression loads need to be high to deform the gasket, and the metal used for the gasket should be softer than the metal in the mating surfaces.

We provide high quality Corrugated Metal Gaskets. Corrugations provide multi-seals across the face of the gasket. Primarily designed for applications to 500 PSI, the pitch of the corrugations can be 1/8", 3/16", or ¼". These are made from best-in-class raw material to ensure the product is in adherence to norms set by the industry. Three concentric corrugations on each side of the gasket are suggested where practical a flat area should be left on each side of the corrugations.

Ring Joint Gaskets are primarily used by the oil, gas, petrochemical and offshore industries; they are also commonly used on valve, pipe work assemblies and with some integrity vessel joints. Ring joint gaskets are specifically designed accurately to form a metal to metal seal with the flanges. The cross-sections are designed to concentrate the bolt load over a small area to produce a high seating stress; gasket metal should always be softer than the mating flanges.

Non-asbestos Gaskets that we offer to our clients, are used for sealing, manufactured by adding special adhesives and a little packing into it, which is then rolled and sulfurated. These products are the best replacement for asbestos gasket as non-asbestos gaskets and have better strength, elasticity and strong anti-penetrate performance. It is known to give high performance even during extreme temperature and pressure conditions.
