Idro Meccanica Italy is a world leader in CNG Hydraulic Booster Compressors for Daughter Booster station. Idro Meccanica Compressors are hydraulically driven and specially conceived for Natural Gas compression as well as other technical gases in different applications. Designed to meet stringent European Standards, the Booster Compressors have been proved to work effectively for long duration across various regions in India.

-Idro Meccanica units are water cooled and they are designed for round the clock non-stop operation, which makes them suitable for turbine fuel cogeneration plants
-These features ensure that the Booster Compressors are efficient in operation at the same time guaranteeing the safety of the operator

SOPAN Specializes in Design, Engineering, Assembly and Testing of complete Gas Conditioning Skids for a wide spectrum of clients. These skids are engineered with Pressure Regulation, Flow Control, Filter Separators etc as per technical inputs received from clients.
Till now we have Designed & Engineered various Gas Conditioning Skids for clients like GSPC, GEECL.

We have expertise in Design & Engineering of District Regulating Skids. DRS reduce the gas pressure entering into City Gas Distribution Network. It consists of Filtration System, Pressure Regulating Valves & Metering Devices.
It reduces gas pressure to 4-7 bars; this ensures that in city area gas network can be laid using MDPE (Medium Density Poly Ethane) instead of using Steel Pipes.

Natural gas typically contains many liquid hydrocarbons. The heavier components found in smaller amounts compared to the lighter gaseous one. By managing the Dew Point of hydrocarbons, its condensation can be prevented. Controlling Dew Point ensures high-quality gas which can be directly used in industrial applications such as power generation.
Dew Point Skids consist of Chillers, Pre-Coolers, Filters & Separators. To reduce CBM Gas Dew Point up to (-)30degC. Gas Compressors are employed in the system. The basic purpose of Dew Point Control Skid is to get dry gases at elevated temperature.
As of now we have Designed & Engineered Dew Point Control Skids for United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

We Offer the wide variety of "Priority Panels" for Natural Gas application. We have the decade of experience in developing Priority Panel and the highly experienced team of engineers. SOPAN has successfully designed and commissioned Priority Panels from one to nine bank panels. These Priority Panels are made from high-quality stainless steel components ensuring safe & trouble-free operation over the years. SOPAN has gained expertise over the years in developing ultra-high flow/ pressure Priority Panels based on client’s requirements. 

We have supplied Priority Panels with following specifications:-

 - Flow Rate: - 250 to 3600 SCMH

We have qualified & trained manpower for operation and maintenance of Oil & Gas Gathering Stations, Crude Oil Pumping Stations, Gas Compressor Stations, Offsite & Plant Equipments, Plants Utilities and CNG Re-fueling Stations. Our esteemed clients for O&M Services in Oil & Gas sector include Cairn India, HPCL, GEECL, and Essar; among City, Gas Distribution Companies are IGL, CUGL, Adani Gas, GSPC Gas, Sabarmati Gas, Gujarat Gas, GAIL Gas, MGL & MNGL. We have also undertaken Operation & Maintenance of GGS, GEECL which includes Level 1 & Level 2 CBM Compressor packages (Howden Compressors with Waukesha Engines & Frick Compressors with CAT engines).
Presently we have an operation & maintenance commitment of more than 200 CNG Compressors of the various model from following manufacturers across India.

We undertake Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) along with laying, testing and commissioning of Pipelines. At present we are doing O&M of more than 2500 kms pipeline of different sizes.
We have been awarded AMC for Cross Country pipe line network (1240 kms) of GSPL. Modified product pipeline of size upto 30” in Reliance Terminal, Jamnagar along with related civil works. 
Our operation & maintenance team has also experience in maintenance of steel pipeline, attending major emergency leakages using leak clamps and sleeve welding. We also undertake design, detailed engineering, supply, installation, testing & commissioning and operation & maintenance of the temporary & permanent Cathodic Protection System.
Our esteemed clients for O&M of Pipeline are Gujarat State Petronet Ltd. (GSPL), GSPC Gas Co. Ltd., GAIL India Ltd and Sabarmati Gas Ltd.

“SOPAN” provides Equipment Overhaul Services (Compressors) to all major Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs) in Natural Gas & Oil fields. The services include Overhauls of Gas Compressors involving complete Dismantling, Servicing, Repair/Replacement of parts, re-Assembling, Testing and making ready for re-Installation and Commissioning. We have experience in dealing with Overhaul Services for all major makes of Natural Gas Compressors.

Safety Relief Valve: We have also Safety Relief Valve Testing Facility designed for pressure 300 bar (g) and up to 8” flange size. We have been awarded the annual contract for Safety Relief Valve of GSPL, GSPC Gas, and GAIL India Ltd.

High-Pressure Cylinder: We have created State of the art CNG Cylinder Testing Facility as per relevant standards and codes as prescribed by Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO), Government of India.

SOPAN’s Hydro Testing Facility uses Water Jacket Method for testing of Cylinders. Our Hydra close test jackets contain a safety locking device, burst disk crystals, a drain valve and a splash shield especially to take care of safety while operating cylinders.
