Body completely high quality EPOXY powder coated (fusion bonded) minimum thickness 250 microns. Face-to-face reduced dimensions according to EN 558-1 Series 13 -(former DIN 3202-K1). Shut-off system without seat reducing the net flow section. Inside fully rubber lined by a sleeve, up to the rising profile on flange connection. Bearings in self-lubricated material with secondary O-Rings sealing embedded. Manual operation by lever (standard equipment up to DN 200) or by gearbox and handwheel (DN>200). On request, the valves could be equipped by extension spindle (for underground installation), electric or pneumatic actuators.

Raci India was established in 2009 as a subsidiary of Raci SRL Italy to provide quality engineering solutions for the installation of oil and gas pipelines. Due to the sheer market's proximity to India, we began servicing the Middle East market in 2011.
In 2018, Flowheel FZE, the Middle East arm of RACI Pipeline Division of Raci SRL, Italy, began operations from Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone in the United Arab Emirates.
RACI has a significant presence in Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
We work in both the water and oil and gas industries. Since 2018, Flowheel has been expanding its RACI business by entering into new partnerships and carving out a niche in the market from its Middle Eastern base.
In 2020, Flowheel and RACI India collaborated with Radlinger Primus Line Gmbh, Germany, to provide trenchless rehabilitation of underground pipelines in critical installations.
