Cafco FENDOLITE MII is a spray applied based on vermiculite and portland cement. It can be roller finished or floated. The monolithic coating is able to withstand thermal shocks experienced typically in a high-intensity hydrocarbon fire. It protects concrete structures from explosive spalling. Although low in density, therefore remarkably reducing dead load, it is highly durable and would not crack or spall under mechanical impact. It is used for application to construction elements such as concrete or individual steel sections, particularly where the off-site application is required. It is suitable for exterior use on structures and vessels in the oil, gas, petrochemical and power industries, and for refurbishment or upgrading of existing tunnel structures. The advantages of Cafco Fendolite is it can provide fire resistance for up to 240 minutes. It is non-toxic and hence, does not release toxic or hazardous fumes, and presents no known health hazards either before, during or after application. The surface may either be spray textured, roller or float finished. It is used for oil & gas applications on construction elements such as concrete or individual steel sections. It is also used extensively for the refurbishment or upgrading of existing structures.

CAFCO 300 is a spray or trowel applied, based on vermiculite and gypsum. It is a lightweight coating providing extremely efficient fire resistance with minimal thickness to steel and concrete structures, metal floor, and roof decks, return air plenums and air handling ductwork. It is non-combustible, non-toxic and easy to apply. Its applications include fire protection of steel and concrete structures, wall upgrading, timber floor, and concrete slab protection.

Cafco WB3 is a water-based intumescent coating made of polyvinyl acetate resins and fillers for the fire protection of structural steel. It is preferably applied as a spray with airless paint equipment for speed and quality of finish. It can also be applied with the help of a brush or a roller. It can be sealed with a decorative top coat. In case of a fire, a chemical reaction takes place causing the Cafco WB3 to expand and form an insulating layer which slows the rising of the temperature of the steel to a critical level. Provides fire resistance for up to 120 minutes in accordance with BS 476: Part 21 and up to 180 minutes in accordance with ASTM E119, NFPA 251, AS 1530: Part 4 and AS 4100. It is durable and has a decorative finish and steelwork may also be left exposed to view. It is resistant to chemical and abuse and can be top coated to match the surroundings. It is very easy to apply and cleans up easily with water. The drying time is also very fast. It also can be applied to structural steel columns and beam coatings.

Calcium Silicate Fire Protective Board - PROMATECT®-H is a non-combustible matrix engineered mineral board reinforced with selected fibers and fillers.

• It is formulated without organic fibers and does not contain formaldehyde.
• It is off-white in color and has a smooth finish on one face with a sanded reverse face.
• The board can be left plain or can be easily finished with paints.
• It is resistant to the effects of moisture and will not physically deteriorate when used in damp or humid conditions.
• Performance characteristics are not degraded by age.
• Can be produced with beveled edge for using in partitions and suspended ceilings.

PROMATECT®-100 comprises of autoclaved calcium silicate spheres bound in a mineral matrix. The technology used is PromaX® technology, which provides outstanding fire performance in most of the applications. It is color is off-white. One face is smooth and can form a finished surface, can take any form of architectural and finish treatment. The other face is sanded. It is resistant to moisture and would not deteriorate when used in damp and humid conditions. Performance characteristics also do not degrade by moisture or age. However, it is not designed to use in continual damp or high temperatures areas. It is generally used for internal applications only. The advantages of using Promatect-100 is that it is time and cost effective, lightweight, thermal resistant, has design flexibility. Moreover, it delivers excellent acoustic performance. Its application includes Structural Steel, Partition & External Walls, Ceilings & Floors.

The MICROTHERM® overstitched range of products are flexible microporous insulation panels with great thermal properties. The panels are produced in a glass cloth outer envelope, making them clean and easy to handle. Stitching is two directional (3D flexure). The formulation is a blend of filament reinforced pyrogenic silica. MICROTHERM® OVERSTITCHED- 1000R HY is a flexible, custom made insulation panel with a hydrophobic core treatment to repel water. It is ideal for applications where contact with liquid water or condensation (dew point) is possible.

The MICROTHERM® PANEL are microporous insulation panels with brilliant thermal properties. The panels are produced in a glass cloth outer envelope which makes them clean and easy to handle. The formulation is a blend of filament reinforced pyrogenic silica (alumina for 1200 grade). MICROTHERM® PANEL-1000R is a lightweight, custom-made insulation panel.

The formulation is an opacified blend of filament reinforced pyrogenic silica. MICROTHERM® QUILTED-1000R HY is a very flexible, custom-made insulation panel with a hydrophobic core treatment to repel water. It is ideal for applications where contact with liquid water or condensation (dew point) is possible.

The MICROTHERM® QUILTED range of products are custom made flexible microporous insulation panels with very good thermal properties. The panels are produced in a glass cloth outer envelope, making them clean & easy to handle. Stitching is two-directional (3D flexure). The formulation is an opacified blend of filament reinforced pyrogenic alumina. MICROTHERM® QUILTED-1200 is a very flexible, alumina based, custom made insulation panel which is capable of withstanding peak temperatures of 1200 °C.

The MICROTHERM® SLATTED range of products are custom made, flexible microporous insulation panels with very good thermal properties.
