Plasto Pumps & Valves was established in 2001 by promoters having over a decade experience in the pump industry. During our early stage of working with the pump industry and specially in the Chemical pump section ,we found that the main problem faced by the user of Chemical pumps was leakage from the seal and maintenance & breakdown occurring frequently due to it. To resolve the above main problem of the pump user, we found that Seal-less pumps with Magnetic drive technology was the perfect solution. Hence we started our production of Seal-less Magnetic Drive pumps under the brand name of Plasto.

Glandless pump:- is designed vertically. Liquid from the suction line passes through impeller to the discharge line with the required flow and head / pressure. While excess liquid enter the rear plate cover €“ and is diverted back to the mothertank through overflow outlet arrangements. Hence, the design ensures total solution of leakage problem. The motor assembly is also protected against damages due to leakage of liquid. Glandless pumps ensures ensures excellent performance while handling corrosive and hazardous chemicals.

Complete contact parts are made from Polypropylene, metal shaft is encapsulated in Polypropylene heavy duty sleeve. These pumps ensures excellent performance while handling corrosive and hazardeous chemicals like HCL, H2SO4HNO3 and low to high Ph chemicals.
Bearing housing consists of three bearings, for giving smooth, torque-free balanced drive.
Impeller is micro balanced to provide frictionless flow.
Though internal cooling spray nozzle is already provided, me-chanical seal can be kept cool either by storage of ample water : both the options are provided.
Gland suction design is excellent for positive suction.
€¢ Suction to discharge flow-way is directed to crease negative pressure on mechanical seal. Hence, ensures optimum leakage-free service, even it mechanical seal fails. €¢ It also facilitates to create empty chamber just operating suction and discharge valves respectively before stopping the pump.
Priming Chamber is Specially designed for giving speciality to centrifugal pump to use as a self priming system.
Other speciality is in-built strainer to strain foreign particals, stopping severe damage to the pump. Special sizable toughned glass is attached indicating the strained deposited material, and also to check the flow passing on-line. Allows easy cleaning by removing glass.

Vertical Centrifugal process pump can be used in any installation or specially where the saving of space is important factor or mechanical seal not required. These pumps are designed for use where the liquid handled to be of highly corrosive nature or where non-adherence of product or zero metallic contamination is must.
These pumps are equally ideal for continuous or intermittent service for hanling conrrosive as well as ultra pure chemicals without fear of corrosion or contamination. All components in the watted end of the pump are moulded of engineered plastic. Plasto Process pump is a horizontal single end suction standardized back pull out process pump. PPC series process pupms are supplied with mechanical seal/gland packing arrangement covering 85% of the chemical industries requirement. The pumps are manufactured from polypropylene copolymer-a chemically inert thermoplastic by the use of an exclusive moulding process. This pumps give you unusual protection against highly corrosive chemicals. The solid molded casing and impeller ensure a smooth running pump for long life and a minimum of wear. all pumps , shafts are fitted with sleeves of different materials compatible with the liquid handled.
Plasto Process pump is a horizontal single end suction standardized back pull out Process pump in accordance with ISO2858/DIN24256. The PCF series process pumps are single piece, self venting radially split volute casing with vortex discharge, close redial impellers have back vanes for hydraulic balancing & reducing stuffing box pressure. Dry shaft construction preventing liquid contact with shaft.

Open, single suction type, casted in one piece. All impellers are statically and hydraulically balanced to ensure smooth operation. Back wall of Impeller is provided with ejector vanes following the same curvature of the main vanes of the Impeller which prevents entrance and jamming of solid materials between Impeller and casting wall.
In place of the conventional stuffing box pack-ing, pump can be provided, on order, with mechanical seal. Where mechanical seals are wanted, it is necessary to know all the char-acteristics of the liquid to be pumped, together with the temperature.
When seals are used, a shaft sleeve of AISI 361 stainless steel is recommended in all con-struction to protect the shaft from corrosion inside the box.

Shaft sleeve is shouldered on shaft behind impeller and cover full length of shaft from impeller to bearing housing. Seals by compression between shaft sleeve and impeller hub. Hook type shaft sleeve is free to expand or contract with temperature fluctuations.
