Extra-excellent drilling rod QSAAA and GTIII can be applied to solid rock, III level or above and f≥12 rocks according to Protodikonov’s Hardness Coefficient of Rock. Quality Level

According to the different choices of customers, we offer four quality products, including Grade A,Grade B,Grade C and Grade D. Customers can choose suitable drill rod according to different hardness of rock and types of rock drilling tools. Grade A drill rod QSAAA and GTIII can be applied to solid rock, III level or above and f≥12 rocks according to Protodikonov’s Hardness Coefficient of Rock. Grade B drill rod QSAA and G30 is suitable for IV level or above and f≥12 rocks, Grade C and Grade D drill rod suitable for IV level or below and f≤8 rocks.

Heavy weight drill pipe is a medium-weight drill tool similar to drill pipe, whose wall is thicker than that of drill pipe and thinner than that of drill collar. Its tube is connected with special length-added drill pipe joint (integral heavy weight drill pipe is made up of tube and tool joint). Among assemblies, it is generally added between drill pipe and drill collar to prevent sudden changes in cross-section of drill string, and reduce its fatigue. Using it to replace part of the drill collar can reduce torque, improve load, and increase drilling ability during deep well drilling; meanwhile pick-up sub and safety clamp will not be used drilling operation ,which is easy to operate and can save tripping time. It can drill in in high speed under low torque in directional wells and reduces the abrasion and fracture of string without differential pressure and sticking because of the lower steel grade than drill collar, small touching area with the well wall

Equipped with small power rock drills, like air leg rock drills, hand held rock drills, etc. integral drill steels can be used for drilling bore hole diameter from 29mm to 41mm usually. Integral drill rods are usually hexagonal with chisel tips or cross tips, the diameter are usually 19mm and 22mm.
