Swing check valves offered by Fluidline are specifically designed for strength to meet operating conditions, and are structured to reduce erosion and flow resistance. The disc is opened and sustained in open position by the velocity pressure of the fluid and closed by the gravitational force. Seating load and resultant tightness is supported by back pressure in the line.

Fluidline offers ball valves with exclusive design features such as Regular Port, Full Bore, 2-piece or 3-piece design. Ball components have a precise finish enabling a high number of valve operation cycle. An anti static device provides continuity between body and ball, ball and stem.

A Butterfly Valve is a valve used for flow regulation in which the closing member takes the form of a disc.

Design Features: 

AWWA Butterfly valves meet the requirement of AWWA C504 Standard. Corrosion resistant shaft stainless steel disc edge and are features on all valves. These valves are suitable for flows in either direction and seal in both directions. The valves can be used for both tight shut off as well as for regulating purpose. Only a quarter-turn is required fully open or close the valve.

Intake Water Systems, In Water treatment plants, Gases, Oil and Especially Corrosion Fluids.

The Dual Plate Check Valve is a multi-purpose valve that is stronger, lighter and smaller compared to conventional swing check or lift check valves.

Design Features: 
Separate springs are provided for each door to close. This reduces and overcomes the frictional coefficient due to one plate resting upon another. The spring life cycle is studied and the dynamic behaviour of the valve is recorded. This type of valve prevents flow reversal, functions silently and totally prevents “Water Hammer”. It’s generally light weight, and can be mounted in any direction (Horizontal/Vertical). Also, it has a high CV value and less pressure drop. It’s designed for non-slamming action that prevents premature valve failure, and the valve functions silently for longer duration.

“Fluidline” Through Port (Conduit) Gate Valves are specifically designed and manufactured for the transportation of slurries, fluids and gases with high ratio of suspended matter and for the running of pigs through the pipeline without the damaging the sealing surfaces.

Gate valves by Fluidline are specifically designed for high pressure and high temperature applications. Further, they offer a wide range of fluids except slurries and viscous fluids. Generally, these valves are employed in the wide open or closed position, and are not recommended for throttling services since throttling leads to disc chattering and vibration. This can possibly erode the seating surface and result in leakages.
