Fil Sep Equipments Pvt Ltd designs, fabricates, manufactures, supplies, erects and commissions brine filtration plant complete with trial run responsibility for absolutely critcal separation of solids upto 0.3 micron size less than 0.5 ppm level before ion exchange process in membrane cell based Caustic - Chlorine (chlor alkali) plant. This combines the pre coat tank, body feed tank, filtration units, pumps, vales, automization ( PLC or DCS based ) and many other instruments & units The purpose of the filtration unit is to eliminate suspended solid in the brine and supply clear brine to the next ion exchange resin tower. General process of brine treatment process goes in the order of Clarifier, Sand Filter (Anthracite), Brine Filter, Ion Exchange Resin and Cells. With the brine filter, suspended solid (SS) are always reduced from 0.3 μm and over to less than 0.5 ppm in size. This is the key unit to protect Ion Exchange Resin and Ion Membrane Cells from any damages.
Gas Conditioning Skid
Fil Sep Equipments Pvt Ltd is a designer and manufacture of a full range of Fuel Gas Conditioning Systems. Fuel Gas Conditioning Skid combines the fuel gas heating and fuel filtration system into one skid-mounted system. The function of the fuel gas conditioning system is to remove all unwanted solid particles and water present in the Natural Gas with minimum pressure drops and supply gas above dew point temperature in order to follow the quality or limits of contamination. The entire system is designed and fabricated by Fil Sep, including instrumentation, control systems, pipe and skid fabrication, seismic and stress calculations and thermal heating systems. Different levels of automation and controls have been adapted to meet customize solution. Control panels are generally supplied to control the heaters/system and can be skid mounted if necessary, but are usually supplied for location in a safe area (switch room/control room).

Fuel Forwarding Skid
The Fuel Forwarding Skid along with the Fuel Management Spool provides the turbine with liquid fuel at the appropriate pressure and temperature. Typically the Fuel Forwarding Skid includes dual pumps and an electric heater, and the Fuel Management Spool includes a pressure control valve and an EPA certified flow meter. The benefits of a combined forwarding/preheating skid are to reduced system cost, reduced field installation cost and reduced equipment footprint size.
Fine Filtration Skid

Scope of Supply
Water Injection Skid
Water injection skids are used to boost the pressure of power plant DI water supplies for injection into the compression stages of gas turbines. The purpose of these systems can be to lower NOx levels in gas turbine exhaust or to provide a power “boost”. Systems include high-pressure centrifugal pumps, duplex filters, and various instruments to measure pressure, flow, and temperature of the water. Systems are skid mounted for easy and safe transport to the field, and are available with enclosures for noise abatement and weather protection.
Several packages have been combined with fuel injection systems, providing a single, combined package of two gas turbine utilities. This provides a more efficient package in terms of both manufacturing and field installation.
Dry Gas Seal Skid
Dry gas seals in process gas centrifugal compressors have replaced traditional oil film seals in most applications including centrifugal gas compressors. Dry gas seals are basically mechanical face seals, consisting of mating (rotating) ring and a primary (stationary) ring. During operation, grooves in the mating ring generate a fluid-dynamic force causing the primary ring to separate from the mating ring creating a “running gap” between the two rings. A sealing gas is injected into the seal, providing the working fluid for the running gap and the seal between the atmosphere or flare system and the compressor internal process gas.
Chemical Metering Skids
Fil Sep Equipments Pvt Ltd is a designer and manufacture of chemical metering pump skids, which are engineered packaged assemblies for accurate injection, mixing, metering, blending or treatment of any liquid or chemical. The most essential part of the chemical metering system is the pump. Metering pumps use positive displacement to pump liquids at precise flow rates that can be adjusted manually or automatically.
Our systems can be fully automated and adjusted directly through the control panel. Metering pumps are used in chemical pumping systems because they produce precise and consistent flow and are capable of pumping a wide range of chemicals. The flow rate is adjusted by modifying the stroke length or the stroke speed. Metering pumps are used in applications where there is high system pressure, low system flow rates, and high flow accuracy is needed.
Turbine Wash Skid
Turbine wash skids are used to store, pump and heat solutions for cleaning turbine blades and vanes. This removes contaminant build up, which ensures maximum operating efficiency, these skids typically consists of an electric heater, cleaning solution tanks, control system, pumps, instrumentation, valves and interconnects.
Fuel Gas Superheater Skids
Fuel gas preheating eliminates liquids from incoming fuel gas. This results in longer turbine life and increased power output. Fuel Gas Preheater skids are comprised of electric circulation heaters, control panels, pressure relief valves, vessel drain/purge valves, isolation valves and interconnected on the skid. These peheater systems can be used for used for start-up duty or full duty “peaking” requirement.
Fuel Gas Performance Heat Exchanger Skids
Waste heat from the steam turbines in combined cycle installation is utilized to superheat the fuel gas. Transferring this waste heat energy to the incoming fuel gas superheats it to remove any liquids, thus extending turbine life. Fuel Gas Performance Heat Exchanger Skids are comprised of specially designed shell and tube type heat exchangers, control panels, pressure relief valves, vessel drain/purge valves, isolation valves, control valves and interconnects.
Ammonia Flow Control Unit
Flow control units are designed to control the flow of Ammonia from the Ammonia storage/forwarding system into an air or fuel gas stream. The air is typically pressurized and heated with an electric process heater or low pressure steam. The hot air of fuel gas is available from gas turbine exhaust. The hot air or fuel gas vaporizes the ammonia prior to injection into the Ammonia Injection Grid (AIG). Generally flow control units are used in Power and Process industries.
Process Water Heater System
Process water heater systems are designed to heat liquids and gases with electric heating elements or steam heat exchangers. For electric heat, accurate temperature control is maintained with high efficiency heat exchangers with pneumatically operated control valves.
Ignition Gas Skid
Fil Sep Equipments Pvt Ltd is the designer and manufacturer of custom configured Ignition gas skid which serves to pre-ignite the pilot inside the combustion chamber prior to full load. Generally, the skid contains propane cylinders for fuel, or can be hooked directly into a natural gas supply.
There is a provision of CO2 bottle racks designed for outside the turbine skid which will automatically discharge in event of fire.

The custom engineered chemical injection system can be configured to meet a wide range of applications in a variety of industries like Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Natural Gas Transmission and Distribution, Water Conditioning and Treatment, etc. where a liquid chemical is injected into a process of pipeline.

De Nox/aig Skid
De-noxification systems are used to reduce the nitrous oxide emissions from the discharge of electrical power generators. The units consist of high volume, low pressure blowers and a pressure controlled liquid ammonia stream. The stream is injected into the waste gas upstream of a catalyst to obtain government regulated discharge levels. Fil Sep has fabricated skids for power generation facilities throughout the India. All of the skid’s low pressure blowers were run in our factory to verify vibration and power consumption. Fil Sep has also provided high temperature insulation for process gas piping, blowers, and valving.
