The PREPMASTER is a right angle, I.D.Clamping Pipe end prep tool for small diameter boiler tubes and pipes. Featuring a push-pull clamp and release mechanism with permanently attached clamps and wrenches, this self-centering tool performs any angle of bevel and produces a smooth continuous chip.

CHAMFERMAX is the most ruggedly built and efficiently designed tools available today for milling heavy wall pipe and tube from 31.8mm (1.25") I.D. to 168.27mm (6.625") O.D. Rigidly mounting to the I.D. by a draw rod clamping assembly which centers the tool automatically, it utilizes a ratchet mechanism for feeding the cutter head. Featuring Titanium Nitride coated cutter blades for smooth milling, without requiring cutting oils, it produce a clean, continuous chip and square off the end of the pipe or tube.

The V-MASTER is a lightweight, small diameter end prep tool for beveling tubes from 15.875mm (5/8”) I.D. to 76.2mm (3”) O.D. Featuring a patented push-pull clamp and release mechanism and permanently attached wrenches, it allows the clamps to release from a tube as easily as they tighten.

Ideal for performing bevel facing and boring on a wide range of tube and pipe alloys, the V-MASTER has dual opposed tapered roller bearings and employs the rigid FABMAX blade locking system to provide chatter-free performance and produce a thick chip without cutting fluids.

Like all other FABMAX Tools high performance and low maintenance were important design criteria for the Champion. This tool is suitable for end prep prepping of any type of tube material including Super Duplex and uses one mandrel to cover the full operating range of the tool.
