Eastar Offshore was established in the year 2006 by a former staff of MTQ Subsea Technology Pte Ltd. Eastar Offshore acquired the entire ROV Intellectual property of MTQ Subsea Technology, as well as its available assets.

The firm has a highly efficient and experienced engineering and operations team. Adding to their operating capability, Eastar has the facility to design, manufacture and offer a range of work class and observation class ROVs with excellent track records. Eastar has been manufacturing customized tooling packages for a large number of clients.
