Material used for float equipment is seamless casing grade steel. Float equipment can be supplied in all grades of steel like K-55, L-80, N-80, C-95, T-95, and P110. COS's Float equipment are tested and rated in compliance with API requires specs.
The material used in the valves is High polymer plastic and valve is consisting of Natural rubber coated on phenolic substance. This non metallic valve encased and held in place with the high pressure cement mixture. The design and manufacturing process of valve allow for maximum circulation rates.

Float Collar Non Rotating/ Self Locking ( Single/Double Valve )
The Non-rotating Float Collar is attached to the end of the casing string and they are used to stop slurry from flowing back. Material inside is easily drillable; the anti-rotation mechanism on the top improves drill-out performance. The valve consists of rubber and polymer materials with high tensile strength. Single or double valves are available.

Reamer Shoe ( Single/Double Valve )
COS's Reamer Shoe is designed with blade cutting structure and diamond shaped faces which ensures safe passage of casing and liners thus facilitating rotating and reciprocating applications. It effectively negotiates around ledges, swelling shale, mud cake build-up on porous formations, or sand bridges occurring in the wellbore.
The aluminium eccentric guide nose climbs ledges and negotiates obstructions while the cutting structure reams out tight spots or obstruction in the wellbore. Compatible with all casing and liner hanger assemblies, our Reamer Shoe provides highly effective protection- against unexpected or anticipated casing and liner running problems, the high strength profiled alloy nose will anchor even in uncured cement to facilitate ease of drill out. The aluminium eccentric nose is easily drilled with both PDC and Rock bits. The chip breaker holes in the nose assembly are designed to create small aluminium chips to avoid “bird nesting” on the bit.

COS's Guide Shoe comes with a simple and economical means to run casing in the well bore. All the internal components are fully PDC drillable. This design contains an internal taper on the bottom to ensure trouble-free entry of drilling tools back into the casing string after drill out and during drilling operation. All Guide Shoes and internal components are fully PDC drillable.
It reduces problems associated with hitting rock ledges therefore reducing chances of sidewell cave-in. These are available with Butt-welded, slip on and threaded end and from sizes 2 7/8” to 30” sizes + any special size on customer demand
COS’s Hinged Non Welded Bow Spring Centralizers are designed for High Restoring Force and Low Starting & Running Force for centralizing the casing pipe in Vertical, Horizontal and Deviated well.
Premium quality Bows are made of special Double Rolled Alloy Steel and hot formed in totally controlled
Heat Treatment Plant to achieve the uniform hardness all over and good spring action. End Collars are designed with self-locking action, which are easy to assemble, time saver and having strong grip. The five standard sizes Bows can configure to any hole dia. These Bows with extended profile prevent them from hitting against casing collars. These Centralizers undergo a special Iron Phosphate coating process to prevent from Rust and then coated with special Polyester Powder.
Single Piece Centralizer
COS's Single Piece Centralizer is made with one piece welded at one side. Premium quality Bows have high restoring force uniform hardness all over. Slip on centralizers are provided for direct installation pipe by slipping on. It has High tensile strength, high shock absorption value and impact value. In welded centralizers, welding can never be as smooth as the single piece centralizer.
Welding always be little overlapped or little exposed which cause friction to fluid while running in the hole but single piece centralizer have smooth corner radius which allow better fluid by pass and have low friction. This centralizer undergoes a special Iron Phosphate coating process to prevent it from rust and coated with special Polyester Powder. It is shipped in assembled condition only.

Cos’s Hinged Bolted Stop Collar is a single piece collar and the set crews are provided on the outer circle of the periphery which is meant for installing and is directly installed on the pipe by slipping on the casing without any hassle. It is fabricated using ductile iron therefore it has a good impact and fatigue capability. These kinds of collars are used in place where high axial loads are expected.
This works well in the installation of different cement baskets and various types of centralizers

Cos’s Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar comprises of two parts and hinged at two ends making an angle of 180 degree. This hinged Stop Collar has an internal groove and tightens the collar to the casing firmly. It can be latched on the casing pipe without having to be slipped on. This cementing product is easy to install and most effective where annual low clearance received. The stop collars are coated with to polyester powder which prevents it from getting rust.

Slip On Set Screw Stop Collar
COS’s Slip on Set Screw Stop Collars is single piece Collar that uses one row of set screws to induce the gripping force. It is used where high axial loads are expected, and is effective where low annular clearance is encountered. This Stop Collar is easy to install because it simply slides onto the casing.

Hinged Set Screw Stop Collar
COS’s Hinged Set Screw Stop Collars are made up of two pieces and hinged at the two ends making it 180 degree apart. The gripping force is applied by one of the row of Set Screw which tightens the collar to the casing firmly. They can be fastened on to the casing pipe and much easy to install. They are most effective in conditions where there is low annual clearance.

Cementing Plug( Top & Bottom )
COS Cementing plugs are manufactured of graded rubber that is fused upon a composite or Aluminum core. This top plug can be used when dual plug system is not required and Bottom cementing plug can be used when dual plug system is required. These plugs are completely PDC drillable. Operating range of temperature with Aluminum core is up to 200 degree Fahrenheit. Plug can be ordered for higher operating temperature and operation in either synthetic or mud fluids.

Non Rotating Top Cementing Plug
COS’s Non Rotating Bottom Cementing Plugs are available in Phenolic plastic core & Aluminum core with integral Teeth Cores are manufactured from phenolic material and cast aluminum. It is designed to prevent rotation of the plugs during drill out operations. COS offers phenolic core up to 13 3/8” Size and Aluminum core from 16” to 20”. Above 20” Sizes available on customer requested. COS Top Cementing Plugs are PDC Drillable.
