The vision of the company is “We are building the Digital Ocean to enable economic growth, increase security, and ensure the sustainability of our planet.” The first wave glider’s testing began in 2007 and it completed its first nine day circumnavigation of Hawaii’s Big Island in 2009. Liquid Robotics serves many industries including oil and gas industry. The company understands that collecting oceanographic data is difficult and expensive and that is why it provides cost effective solutions in various segments of the industry.
