Globe Type Flow Switches (Plug Type)

DAG Flow switches are Globe Body Design used to detect Flow / No-Flow condition in a flow line. With sufficient Differential Pressure upstream and downstream of a calibrated Flow Plug; fluid flow is established. Increase in fluid flow moves the Flow Plug upwards which carries a Magnetic Sleeve attached through a Connecting Link, upwards inside a process seal pipe. When this Magnetic Sleeve enters the Flux zone, a permanent magnet swings towards the seal pipe. This movement actuates a Microswitch (NO-NC-COM) change-over contacts and vice-versa. (Calibration has to be done against a Rotameter in work shop and is slightly settable). Mainly Flow-No Flow detection is achieved.

Vane Type Flow Switches

DAG Flow switches are Vane / Paddle Design used to detect Flow / No-Flow condition in a flow line.
With sufficient Differential Pressure upstream and downstream of a Flow Vane; fluid flow is established. Increase in fluid flow moves Paddle towards a side which in turn moves a Magnetic Sleeve, attached through a Connecting Link, upwards inside a Process Seal Pipe.
Temperature Switch
The heart of DAG temperature switch is a German make Jumo vapor filled thermostat, one of the best available in the world.
Reed Level Switch
DAG Level switch (top mounted type) facilitates any number of pre-determined level controls initiating audio-visual signals with a single unit. It is designed to provide reliable operation in several industrial applications. The unit consists of a vertical guide pipe (stem), within which are located the sensor switches, magnetic float sliding over the stem according to the level in the tank, switch terminal housing (head) and necessary mounting connection.
Reed Switch cum Indicator
DAG Level switch cum indicator facilitates any number of pre-determined level controls and local visual indication. It is designed to provide reliable operation in several industrial applications. The unit consists of a vertical guide pipe (stem), within which are located the sensor switches, magnetic float sliding over the stem according to the level in the tank, switch terminal housing (head) and necessary mounting connection. The float & stem is enclosed in an acrylic tube or metal clad glass, serving as an indicator. a Rotameter in work shop and is slightly settable). Mainly Flow-No Flow detection is achieved.
