The CVS Electro-Pneumatic Positioner CVS1000R is used for operations of pneumatic rotary valve actuators by means of electric control for a systems pneumatic output signals of 3-15 psi, or 6-30 psi.

The CVS 870 Limit Switch is designed for valves and actuators in hazardous locations. It will accurately monitor and transmit the valve position and the specified user open/closed set points. The limit switch is CSA approved and is rated EX db IICT6/EX tb IIIC T85°C explosion proof, class 1, zone 1. It also carries ATEX certification and has an IP67 enclosure rating.

The CVS 7970 is a two position, three way pilot with universal ports, automatic reset and pressure balance spool. The control system may be operated by either a pneumatic or hydraulic signal.

The CVS Series 2000 Pressure Pilot is a High and Low pressure sensing unit, used to monitor process or pipeline pressure in high/low pressure shutdown installation.This unit utilizes a spring loaded piston to sense the set pressure settings and activate a pilot valve, and can be operated by either a hydraulic or pneumatic signal.

CVS 18000, 115-Volt Heated Centrifuge Explosion Proof.

The unique feature of this centrifuge is the square design with dual lids. This allows four pre-heater pockets to be placed inside the unit for convenience and better heating. This also allows for easy cleaning.

The CVS Controls gas driven Series 51 Injector uses a molded diaphragm to drive a piston through the chevron packing making it a positive displacement pump, capable of discharge pressures up to 6000 PSIG.

CVS Thermometers can be used wherever precise temperature and quality is required. There are five models available, all complete with external calibrator. All CVS Thermometers are or stainless steel construction; they are hermetically sealed to ensure resistance against internal corrosion, moisture and dirty atmospheres.

This instrument has a pressure-tight chamber to contain the gas or vapor sample, and inlet and outlet valves for controlling the flow. At one end, a circular clear window allows observation of the interior as well as of the mirror (highly polished stainless steel) on which the condensation of water occurs.

CVS Controls offers a wide range of rugged, reliable and dependable pressure gauges. CVS Controls also calibrates, certifies and repairs all brand name gauges. Custom emblems are available on all gauges dials upon request.
