A non-welded slip-and-cone-style hydraulic hanger, the BAKERLINE hanger packer is designed to reliably withstand harsh downhole conditions that often cause corrosion issues. With its convex-concave slip-and-cone geometry, the hanger reduces flexing and stress concentrations in the cone pads and slips. This unique geometry also ensures effective slip and cone contact in all host casing IDs within range, while providing a large distributed slip contact area that reduces stress in your supporting casing. And because the BAKERLINE hanger packer is activated with applied hydraulic pressure, you save time and money by avoiding pipe manipulation and mechanical actuation to set. This hanger packer also offers cylinder seals that have been API 11D1 V3 qualified to 10,000 psi (689.5 bar) for a temperature range of 82-300°F (27.8-148.9°C). Built on decades of run history and field expertise, the BAKERLINE liner hanger packer has undergone the most stringent qualification and validation testing to ensure reliable operations in your wells.

The liner hanger can be used in wells where mechanical hanger manipulation will be possible, and when rotation is not anticipated while working the liner to depth. It is built with a right- or a left-hand, open-bottom, automatic J-cage to be run in the hole using a setting tool. The CMC liner hanger uses a staggered cone design to increase the hanging capacity and effective bypass area. The low-profile slips help reduce the potential for damage while running in the hole.
The FLEX-LOCK V liner hanger provides operators with an unmatched level of hanging reliability in today’s most demanding applications through a proprietary slip-seat design, rotational ability, and incredibly robust construction. Built on the field-proven designs of previous FLEX-LOCK liner hanger generations, the new FLEX-LOCK V liner hanger system has been optimized for extreme downhole conditions such as wellbores containing heavy drilling fluids or fluids with high solids content, as well as applications where liner rotation is required to get the liner to setting depth. A non-welded, slip-seat-style hanger design—which provides greater hanging capacity than basic slipand-cone hanger designs—distributes the liner weight circumferentially and has a larger slip contact area to help minimize collapse loading and deformation of the casing inside diameter. An optimized slip-seat wedge profile and slip-rail design provide increased tolerance against solids pack-off, providing operators with enhanced reliability in the heaviest liner hanger applications.
The hanger is set by applied pressure through the run-in string and it supports medium to heavy liner loads. The HMC hanger features a multi-cone design to provide maximum bypass area. This allows for better hole cleaning and improves cement integrity. The HMC hanger is ideal for deep and high angle wells because no pipe rotation is required to set the hanger. A setting ball is dropped and circulated to a ball seat in the landing collar or running string. Differential pressure then acts on the hydraulic cylinder, moving the slips up the cones to the set position. The hydraulic setting mechanisms are factory tested to ensure downhole reliability.
Get assured reliability at low cost with the Hyflo™ II liner hanger from Baker Hughes. An economical, light-to-medium duty liner hanger, the Hyflo II is suitable for short to moderate length liners. And with the flexibility for both hydraulic and mechanical setting, the liner hanger gives you a reliable completions solution in a range of well scenarios.
Save money without moving pipe
The Hyflo II hydraulic-set loner hanger is ideally suited for your highly deviated/ horizontal wells and some multilateral applications where downhole pipe manipulation is not desirable.
This hanger sets with applied hydraulic pressure and does not require pipe rotation for setting. Simply drop or circulate a setting ball to a ball seat in the landing collar or running string and then let differential pressure take over. This pressure acts on the hydraulic cylinder, moving three slips up the cones to the set position—quickly and securely.
Get reliable mechanical setting without set screws
The Hyflo II mechanical-set liner hanger is an economical liner hanger option in wells where mechanical hanger manipulation is possible at depth, and when rotation is not required while working the liner to depth. The hanger uses an open-bottom J-cage assembly, available for right-hand or left-hand setting.
The mechanical-set hanger has T-slot bowsprings that eliminate the need for set screws and increase reliability.
Both the hydraulic- and mechanical-set hangers include a multi-cone design that provides maximum bypass area in both run-in and set positions. And with their premium seals, you’re assured high-pressure/ high-temperature (HP/HT) integrity.

A light-to-medium duty hanger, the Hyflo III can be used in wells where mechanical hanger manipulation is possible at depth and when rotation is not required while working the liner to depth. The hanger uses an open-bottom, single-slot J-cage assembly, available for right-hand or left-hand setting. The Hyflo III hanger uses T-slot bowsprings that eliminate the need for set screws, and its multi-cone design offers excellent bypass in both run-in and set positions. The hanger’s low-profile, streamlined design makes it ideal for use with tight-tolerance liner sizes, keeping costs low and appropriate for the application.
