AICs standard line of E-Line economizers is the optimal solution for boiler flue gas heat recovery.
Covering a wide range of boiler sizes, the E-Line delivers real energy and cost savings for commercial and industrial installations. In principle the E-Line economizers act as air to water heat exchangers. Flue gas, typically considered wasted heat, can be effectively cooled down and condensed through the AIC system. This cooling and condensing process releases and transfers excess energy from the flue gas to process fluids flowing through the tubes.

Characteristics
PS and PW-Type U-tube heat exchangers are designed for a wide range of liquid to liquid (PW) and steam to liquid (PS) applications.
Enhanced with stainless steel tubing in the standard construction, and available in a broad range of sizes and configurations, these PS/PW U-tube heat exchangers are designed for industrial applications with strict duties and heat transfer requirements.
The removable tube bundles make it convenient to clean and inspect these units.
The new generation REX instantaneous indirect water heaters are engineered for high heating efficiency. REX heaters use the boiler to heat domestic water instantly upon demand. As the boiler water enters the tank (not the coils) it is stored, ready for a domestic water call.
REX heaters also act as a buffer tank to eliminate boiler short cycling. The boiler water is circulated in a closed loop system, thus extending boiler life.
The REX indirect instantaneous system offers high efficiency, long life and an economical way of heating domestic water as there is no stagnant water in the coils. It virtually eliminates bacterial growth.
